About Dana

Dana's journey into Personal Training began in 2005. She currently holds certifications with AAAI and ISMA and is also a certified instructor in Kickboxing Yoga and Pole Dance Fitness.
Dana's people skills and passion for fitness are two of the qualities that ultimately yield amazing results within the community of people
she has worked with who seek her out in pursuit of various health related goals... Weight Loss, Lean Mass Gain, Increased Energy and Vitality, Looking Better, Feeling Better. The list goes on, but,
simply stated: Clients work with Dana with the desire to LIVE Better! By employing methods that go beyond the physically obvious, diet and exercise, and stressing the importance of the Mind/Body Connection, Dana's clients are able to help create their own path towards a body that is more functional in the "real world". In other words, clients progress beyond just "looking good". Transformed to be able live life more effectively and Gracefully.
With an emphasis on proper breathing, joint alignment, flawless form, constant core stability and picture perfect technique, individuals of all ages, from teen to senior, stand to improve their overall quality of life by investing in one on one training time with Dana. By approaching each client uniquely, and utilizing the most current and up to the minute fitness equipment and information available, everyone, from weekend warrior to professional marathon runner, stay at Home mom to busy executive, stands to become Better, Faster, Leaner, Stronger and, perhaps most importantly, More Empowered through the knowledge
and information Dana has to share with others.
